1 can (15oz) Libby’s pure pumpkin 1 cup carnation evaporated milk 1 can (14oz) carnation sweetened condensed milk ½ tsp salt 1 tsp ground cinnamon ½ tsp ground ginger ½ tsp ground cloves 2 large eggs 2 Keebler graham cracker crust 9 inch
Method

Mix dry ingredients. Add in beaten eggs and pumpkin. Gradullary stir in condensed and evaporated milk Pour into pie shell, divide between 2 shells Bake at 400 for 10 mins. Reduce temperature to 300, bake for 40ish mins or until knife comes out clean (or 180° internal) Once done, turn oven off and crack the door open. Cool the pies in the oven. Once cooled to room temp, place on counter for 2 hours, then put in the fridge
